Diana's fab customer service

Post by Prabhath » Fri May 02, 2008 6:49 am

Recently I noticed that that the scope stop screw on my 54 had fallen off. Also the screw which holds the butt plate had worked it's way out. I immediately wrote to Gsmith who claim to be the official dealers of Diana in India. Was not able to get a single response from them even after numerous mails. Then wrote to Diana about my problem. The sent me spare screws through airmail absolutely free of cost. Now that is what I felt was real fantastic customer service. I am now hooked to Diana for life.

i think almost all big international airgun manufacturers have this policy. many on this board have same experience form AA, crossman etc

but its one thing indian companies could not ever copy , leave alone sending parts for free they wont even reply to your mail, my mails to IHP and detect (an outdoors equip. manufacturer) now withstanding

Hi,
IHP won't reply to your mails. My experience is that they do send the spares free of cost. Recently I send them a mail asking for some info. No response for a week. I followed up again with another mail. No reply to the followup mail too, but I received a call on my mobile :)
regards,
rk
