Shipping Help

Post by browning » Mon Apr 14, 2008 12:53 pm

I am importing a Diana 460 magnum in .177 from munich, germany. I was having some problems in shipping it, the german post accepted it then gave it back. Could you please tell me which air mail company would be able to ship it. Any past experiences would be great help.

I was also looking to import pellets from pyramid air. Do they ship to india? Has anyone ordered from them before? Will there be any customs issues in ordering .177 pellets? I am a NRAI Member.

Thanks!

Try Schenker logistics aka BAX global. It's air cargo though and not postal.

You cannot import pellets by post/courier.

Never asked them for pellets since it's against the local rules to import pellets by post/courier. You can email them if you wish.

Browning,

One of our members used to live in Germany, Munich as it so happened, and if I am not mistaken he had told me that paperwork is required at the German end to export a non-F version air-rifle. F version air-rifles have a muzzle energy below 7.5 Joules.

BTW, I seriously doubt that muzzle velocity figure you have been quoted.
