Here's the link for the Shanghai Airgun Factory. Got it through Google but did not open the link. There was a warning with the search results stating that opening the website could harm my computer.

Dear friends I am getting an air rifle as personal baggage.I haven`t owned the gun for more than a year (I believe this is a part of some import law for personal belongings). What relevent information can I download from the net to carry with me that would convince the customs that I am within the limit of law ?

Okay guys here is some excitement for you. I tried out the link and then called the first telephone number given. I had a very polite conversation with a chappie in English????? So guys as Borat says," happy times!" I checked out the match pistol the SS2 which he said will take eight months to make after receiving the order. Steyr on the other hand will make a LP10 in just three weeks. Anyway trivia aside wade in chaps and get ready for some fun airguns as they will ship to India. So HINDI Cheeni Bhai bhai zindabad!

Looks good, though some tweaking is required in most of these clones but nothing unmanageable.

Dear Mahesh

I am sorry but we don't stock the Baikal range of airguns, we will not deal with the Uk distributor due to many problems with them.

Hi Guys,

I need a general information. If I want to import IZH 46M air pistol from the US through a relative who is returning from US, considering that the relative is gun illiterate, can he carry the pistol in his baggage (cargo)? What are the prerequisites on his part and what are the ones from my part? I mean does he have to inform the airline by which he would be travelling? Does he need to have any documents on him? And suppose he lands at Mumbai or Chennai from US, should I be physically present at that point with the documents (what are the documents)??? Please explain the process in detail.
