Try and work the pic below in Photoshop.
P.S.: You could add something that looks like the Ashoka Chakra in the centre of the tri-colour but make sure it differs from the real thing.
Aye Aye Captain! On it.
Can you direct me someplace where I can get some neat high-res rifle pictures? I can overlay them with color. High Res would permit me to extensively modify/tweak it. I noticed photography mentioned in your interests. Maybe you can click some and send em to me. Feel free to send RAW if you wanna.
Also, shall I stick to the fonts that I've been using so far? They have good visbility IMO.
@Happy: Nice thought: But the Round Table from above does not look that impressive IMHO. From the pics I'vve seen, it looks like a solid wheel pulled off a cart! If you have a specific pic in mind, post a link/pic. That'll be awesome.

Mo,
Would the image below suffice?
Is there someplace I can look at various fonts? Failing which use your discretion.
Thanks.

Not Exactly. I can work with this. But When you separate the gun from the white background, an image of this size will have artifacts around the corners, resulting in an overall bad picture. Even Anti-Aliasing wont work at these sizes. This is important, since we will be using silhouettes and the overall shape and its consistency is really impotant. Or Do you want the gun to be an actual picture? ie, with characteristics?

The only idea i can think of is to go to any site offering free fonts and see if you like any. Else, let me post a pic with only fonts with visibility and we can pick.
Another point to keep in mind is that, not all fonts take geometrical changes well. A curve will sometimes ruin a font that is otherwise a looker!

Forgive me for living but I do not speak Latin. Just use that image to make a silhouette to a reduced scale. You do not have to be faithful to the original outline if that helps any.

In that case I will leave it to you. It should be easy to read, should be easy to embroider (in case we decide to have cloth badges or logo'd caps at a later date) and it shouldn't be too space age.

Forgiven my Child. Every Man has his Short Comings.
What I meant was that when I play arond with a small image, I get jagged edges on the image. That makes it look bad. Anti-Aliasing fills in these jagged edges, but then agian the picture should be big. I will try and find a good image. Else one of us can photograph his own rifle. That should work.

Creative Freedom! Its such a turn on! (Loved the space age comment. Brought me back to the world.)
