And Dev's got 650 fps out of one. Shows you exactly how consistent they are. However, Dev, thinks they are grand....so long as he does not have to use one.

Just looked through chrono readings I'd written down. The velocities are in 500-520 range and not close to 450 as I had said earlier.

A 150 to 130 fps extreme spread is still inconsistent as hell.

Hi happy diwali everybody. was wondering of disposing my old IHP .22 airgun and buying a new IHP .177 springer.what would be better- mounting a scope(have one) on a IHP with fixed rails(believes cost less, a joker in doon asked me Rs 800/ may come down) or cutting up tele groove lines for which that chap asks Rs 2800/.i think the eye relief etc will have to be seen in the first type of mounting. anyone who has mounted a scope on an IHP and with what results and what economics.andy

You are not alone, when i visited it there were no IHP products.
By the way i purchased a IHP 35 model .22 for rs. 3000 with 600 pellets and a gun oil from T.Jacob and co(Cochin) in september.

I must be dumb. Or does anybody else not see any IHP rifles on Aimco site as well?

I used one for eleven years Shri Bana. When I felt like I wanted a crosman I got one and then I wanted a Co2 Qb 78 and so i got that too. I still have a hume pipe for the simplicity of its use and no hassles with co2 refills etc. It was my second air rifle after a jodhpur made lever action. The trigger was like chewing through your jaw when you shot it.

I will pick the new one with the improved trigger, just to give your life some meaning ;-).
