Gun expert?
He has posted videos of shooting at rock walls, water tanks points guns at all and sundry with finger on trigger, AND his favourite action is a ‘CLUTCH’ regardless of handgun or long.

I would mostly take his GUN advice with a couple of large sacks of salt.

Here’s the gun expert explaining the BORE of a weapon.

And he suffers from chronic finger-on-the trigger-itis.

All his videos are cringeworthy. How is he a "Gun Expert"?

I won't recommend taking his advice

He doesn't know basic safety rules. He flags people with loaded guns, shots at rocks, metal sheets and other hard surfaces from close distance and he keeps his finger on trigger

There is also a guy who goes by the name of gunsblog on YouTube

He has a great video on this subject

Unfortunately 99% of YouTubers from India don't know anything about guns, all they do is hold a gun, show how the slide sounds, etc. They don't have basic knowledge about guns or gun safety. Their aim is very clear just make a gun video and a huge number of gun deprived people who are unable to get a gun will jump to give them views.

OMG. One needn't trust his advice about guns. But his narration on the travails of applying for a gun license is very illuminating.

Saw his video in which he fired .45 Msd Gaurdian, my guy loaded his weapon with half of his finger on the trigger, and flinched in recoil anticipation before every shot fired. YouTubers like him were the sole reason I joined this forum ( no pun intended)

Here is the video link-

This "bandookwale" fellow is a menace to all gun lovers and advocates of gun ownership in general.

While the foolishness of his actions are laughable and his assertion to be an "expert" is ludicrous, and causes us to laugh, he is seriously a negative person.

As such, if I knew where he was, I would turn him into the police for discharging a gun indiscriminately into the air. Anyone remotely familiar with guns knows that one only shoots who is sure of his target. As a matter of fact, long ago one of my family members was killed by another family member on a hunting trip -- the shooter being a highly experienced hunter with record bears in the books at one time -- because he fired at movement in the bush and killed his brother-in-law.

Safety rules are in place, and laws reflecting them are in place, for good reason. This person should be apprehended by the police and be subject to the sentence(s) that the law applies to his crime. It is just plain stupid to shoot into the air like this and viewing this video and doesn't do our cause of legal gun ownership any good service.

Furthermore, some of these vidoes are obviously taking place in a gun dealership. I would recommend that anyone intending to buy a gun avoid this dealership. The dealer is obviously a buffoon who cannot even explain what "bore" means. As I recently said, the bore of a gun is the diameter formed by the lands, or high rifling ridges, in the barrel, and the groove, diameter formed by the low points in the barrel is called that: groove diameter. So, the 308 (and 7.62x51 NATO) shoot the same bullet as the 30-06, because 0.308" is the bullet diameter that matches the groove diameter of the barrel, while 0-300", or 30, is the bore diameter. Listening to this fool talk about "30 bore" and "32" bullets is a joke, because the 7.62x25 ("30 bore") and 32 Auto ("32 bore") both use the same diameter bullets! 7.62x25 generally uses a heavier bullet than 32 Auto, but each can be loaded with the other's bullet. Any reloader knows this. The facts can be found on Wikipedia quite easily by looking up these two cartridges and studying the material, for any so inclined.

But, whether one wishes to study the matter or not, these videos should be shunned as dangerous activities and the prattle of fools, and enemies of the goal of legal gun ownership for all citizens.

Accuracy and precision

Shooting guns is an exercise in seeking accuracy and precision.

Accuracy is how closely one can come to a specific result.

Precision is how closely our results can be repeated.

So, an example of accuracy is to aim the gun at a target and measure how closely we come to the bulls eye.

An example of precision is how closely repetative shots are grouped together.

While we, as gun aficionados, strive to hit the bulls eye repetitively (in other words, with accuracy and precision), this is not the only part of the shooting activity requires both accuracy and precision.

For instance, when we shoot, we must accurately hit our goal of being safe, and we must precisely repeat this goal every time we handle a gun, even when we are not shooting it. The bunglers in these videos fail on this account.

Also, when we are talking guns with each other, and especially when we are describing procedures in the course of sharing information, we must accurately describe what we are talking about, and we must strive to do this time after time. Just as in the exercise of safe gun handling, a sloppy exchange of information could lead another person to carry out a procedure incorrectly. It is obvious to all that this is something to be avoided at all costs, because gun handling must always me carried out with precision and accuracy. The description of the 32 Auto Llama's safety features is a worthless bit of information that ignores many issues. These are not the people to be relied upon when seeking information about guns.
“Fanaticism consists of redoubling your efforts when you have forgotten your aim.”
