Can anyone tell about these weapons, are they available in India for civilians arm license or it's only for force.

These are usually international manufacturers who display their products at many exhibitions across the world.
India seems to be developing as a market.
The process of of allowing import or manufacture- usually with transfer of production rights for the government organisations can last many years.
The civilian market unfortunately is low value compared to a government contract.
Please expect hyperbole from the self appointed ‘press’ for the sake of viewer ratings /TPR , whatever.
There seems to be a glut of local arms producers for the civilian market which is not balanced by the licence issue.
I doubt if we will see these prices for many years
