A small look at the quality of Kf ammunition -
I triwd firing around 8 rounds with my fathers .32 GSF MK1 PISTOL 2002 Model last year at a shooting range. All 8 bullets were of Kf around 4-5 years old. Only 3 shots fired with any complains. Their were a couple of feeding issues and around 2 to 3 missfires. So KF will have to improve their quality of ammunition. Specially the primer , gunpowder and the rim part because after 5-7 years KF ammuntion seems to missfire every second round. (All based on personal experience. Your experience may varry)
Rightly said, KF will have to up their quality especially the primers and the fit and finish of cartridge case specially the rim. Im not sure if the gunpowder used is good or bad.
Misfiring in KF is a common issue even in brand new stock of ammunition.

Yes, IOF do have problem of missfire in brand new stock also. Recently I have bought box of 25 new cart. From that 9 missfired.
So how do you guys know that the problem is with the ammo and not your pistols ?

9 miss out of 25, I would say that is not possible. .32 pistol ammo by KF is not that bad.

Being a gunsmith and having some experience with IOF pistols and KF ammo, I would say that GSF pistols are not of very good quality.

The chamber of the gsf pistol barrel swells as a result the cartridges doesn’t stay where it should stay and it moves forward. When it moves forward, the firing pin doesn’t hit the primer with enough forces resulting in miss firing. Check the hit at the back of the cartridge…..

It's natural the prices will not remain the same for ever the cost of the rifle itself has more than doubled since it was introduced
All these things should be considered before you buy a gun

I am sorry for my typing mistake and your misunderstanding, actually I was talking about 12 bore cartridges. Later I have discussed with my dealer he ask me check our sbbl and he was right firing pin was a bit broken and that's why it was missfiring. After repairing I tried to fire those missfired carts from that 4 got fired and rest five missed again.

Same dies used to make the 7.62x51 cases
Same cup and core bullet making tech- only change point forming dies configuration to SN
Same primers as the 7.62x51
Same powder , ad nauseum.

145 FMJ to 150 gr SN - easy as

BUT- it takes the Hon Coy of Bedpan mechanics a lifetime to adapt.

PS
7x57 Mauser is THE grand daddy of these cartridges. The yanks ‘borrowed ‘ the case after the Spanish US war to make the 30-06,and ended up paying a royalty to Mauserwerke for the ‘borrowing’
I’ve formed
7x57 from 30-06
9.3 from 8x57
8x57 from 30-06
All because a mate gave me half a pillow case of 30-06 once fired cases

All needed generous lube and a single pass into the appropriate dies. Even cheapo Remington cases have lasted over a dozen reloads with periodic annealing.
