Re: IOF 30-06 Rifle
The current price I think is more than 2 lakhs so 1.60 to 1.70 is a good price .

New one cost around 2.50 lacs. When price of new increases, the price of second hand also goes up

Many folks would regreat not buying the 30 06 just few years ago when it was just 1.10 lacs. Even the 2021 model went for much less. Within 2 years the price hike has been big.

Maybe you should consider price of ammo once, I am paying more than 400 rupees for one cartridge, and it's old stock.javedali923 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 01, 2022 5:02 pmDear Mambers i want to purchase the iof 30-06 but the price is too heigh of old models also some delears quote 1.60 to 1.70 for 2016 and 2017 Model.

Re: IOF 30-06 Rifle
i have recently had an experience with IOF30-06. The bolt seem to be very hard where it locks with an ammo in chamber. i never had this kind of experience with foreign made 30-06. Usually the bolt locks with same strength with or without ammo in the chamber.
Any idea , folks? or this should be accepted as the same ways BSNL was accepted before Multinations jump in the market.

Try different brand of ammo. IOF don’t work well with PPU ammo.ozk009 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 12, 2023 7:55 pmi have recently had an experience with IOF30-06. Did this happen with a new rifle with no or very few shots fired?ozk009 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 12, 2023 7:55 pmi have recently had an experience with IOF30-06. Re: IOF 30-06 Rifle
Almost all new IOF 3006 have this problem. I also had a hard bolt for first 4 or 5 shots. I just cleaned the rifle well, and now its smooth.

Udyan - Thanks for your reply. You are right. I got on YouTube. This problem can be observed on all IOF 30-06.UDAYANJADHAV wrote: ↑Fri Jan 13, 2023 11:47 amAlmost all new IOF 3006 have this problem. I also had a hard bolt for first 4 or 5 shots. I just cleaned the rifle well, and now its smooth.
However, this rifle is not as great as the market talks in terms of machining. It's an inferior product, surving on quality of imported ammunition. I hope not to offend anyone.
