Purchase of New ammo
I have used all the ammos for IOF .32 Pistol for this year,do I need to produce all the used ejected shells and
record of the use of ammunition at the time of purchase of New ammo next year ?

There is no such law but in some places like Uttar Pardesh, police sometimes asks to show fired shells. Better to keep empties just in case you need to show.

As of now no need to deposit fired Cartridges. But as the Arms Act has been amended there will be closer scrutiny of Cartridges. Better to have proper reasons of firing Cartridges. Rifle Club members can produce reasons but celebratory firing is strongly penalized now.
