About avalibility this stuff for civil in Russia
In theory yes!
Legal if 800 mm and single mode fire
length may shorter then 800 mm, but need locking mechanism in butt
barrel have no limit with length

What better this stuff in Russia, or small caliber pistol in India - I dont now
