Airsoft India and various other websites used to sell blankguns as replica. Although any device discharging projectiles by means of explosion was firearms but somehow the government has included blank firing guns in the definition of firearms .
That means having a blank firing gun without license is as good having a munger or karta, in short , get rid of blank firing guns or get a license.
