Not sure how to remove the original mounts ... can you please PM your number.z375 wrote:Nice rifle...mine had the same german claw type rings...I did myself a favour and took them off and went with a set of Talley AD rings and bases and never looked back, only wished I had done it earlier..

Indeed ... it took 10 Hrs at a stretch of smithy work on several mechanical machines to get this fitted and a risk and courage to have this fitted as the Gun Smith was doing it for the first time such fitting.
