Gettin the license easily, is the most difficult part. I am assuming that you dont have contacts with any agent in your vicinity. So the only way forward is to start applying officially. Once officially done, go to the station where arms license is approved and from internal office, you will get some links... not to rain on your parade but if you stay in any of the metros, chances are slim
