Try rimfirecentral they have a CZ/Brno section.Is your rifle a CZ or a brno ..cant be both

Best scope rings for CZ Brno with 16 mm dovetail are made by WARNE. https://warnescopemounts.com
Different models are available to cater for scope tube size ; 1" / 30mm, scope objective lense size clearance ; medium /high, mounting ; fixed/quick detach and matt/glossy finish.
I am using WARNE model15B1 1" CZ 527 Fixed High Rings for Nikon Prostaff Target EFR (which has 40mm objective diameter) mounted on my Brno Mod 2 with 16 mm dovetail.
There is sufficient clearance between scope objective lens and rear sight base (Although I had to removed rear sight leaf)
Bolt also has sufficient clearance for easy function.
I had reached this solution after some research and am quite satisfied with it

WARNE 15B1 CZ 527 Fixed High Ring are best suited for Brno Mod 2 .22LR rifle with 16 mm dovetail.
It comes for 30mm/ 1'" scope tube, fixed/ detachable mounting, medium/ high ring height and glossy/ Matte finish.
