Sight in of scope
Dear members,
I sighted in my scope of Artemis at 18.5 meters as it is shooting above 850fps and getting flatter trajectory up to 50m.
But I need to know where should a scope for low powered air rifle suppose shooting at 650 fps should be sighted in to get flatter trajectory up to 30m.
Thanks.

Re: Sight in of scope
Near zero at 11 meters for 2.5 cm kill zone. Your second zero will be at 29 meters, asuming scope height at 4.5cm. Point blank range will be 8 meters to 32 meters.targetpoint wrote:Thanks Himanshu,

Re: Sight in of scope
Dear members,
I need help from you guys. The problem is very puzzling to me.
Actually I sighted in scope of my Gennex at 18.5 m as I shoot mostly at 18 to 22m.Now the problem is when I am shooting anything placed on ground level i.e. below the level of my gun I have to use holdover where as it is bang on target at the level of gun.
Distance being 18 to 22m.
Position-I mostly shoot sitting.
Thanks.

Re: Sight in of scope
Dear all,
Am new to this forum and also new to air gunning. I have a PH NX100 air rifle fitted with Gamo 3-9X40. It is not an AO scope, but its objective can be screwed in and out to adjust for distance. The objective does not have any external ring attached to it for easy adjustment. Can I buy any AO ring for my scope so that I can adjust it on the fly (without breaking my hold and facing the objective). Thanks in advance.......
