Thomas as most of the case they 1st Appeal will take place within 30 days but in some case it can go little longer, but the appellant / applicant have write to go for the 2nd Appeal if he have not received any communications from the 1st Appellate in 30 days.
And if he is not satisfied with the order of 1st Appellate then he can go for CIC within 90 days of the order of 1st Appeal.
