Old weapons which are not in use anymore are stored at army depots. Some are used for training. Some are cannibalised to fix other weapons. Or displayed in different Regimental HQ / Defence Installations, etc.
So, unless there is a radical change in the Indian Government Policies in the recent future (very unlikely), those weapons won't see the light of day in civilian hands ever.
Apart from NSP Weapons which are allotted to our brave servicemen.
