i am applying for a fresh licence, in Uttar Pradesh.
Need to know about the recent high court's order over it.
And what methods or tactics should i use to get it approved.

it is always good to introduce yourself before wanting others to give you something.
anyway check out the UP high court website
as for "And what methods or tactics should i use to get it approved"
the arms act and rules method is the only one that you need to use. since anything else will be against the law.
