License Question

Hi guys,

If a foreign national has the opportunity to obtain an arms license in India, would that one day benefit them being able to get a Transfer of Residence to import a firearm on a business visa at a later time? Or would it work against the person?

Sorry for not doing my part to contribute, will post up pictures of the collection abroad soon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
