I want to know if ban is lifted on issuance of fresh arms license anywhere in up.
And if anyone has got their licenses issued during ban? How?

1- Not Yet as iam still waiting.
2- Yes, poeple got licence but only under two conditions:
a) Family heirloom.
b) Been in threat (supported by legal reports)
