Just out of curiosity, is it possible to change smooth barrel of .22 Sisco with rifled one of other brand like national?? Let me know. Thanks.

Most probably not. You see, the breech block seating in each brand is different. Breech block is the block where you load the pellet.

Yes ,the barrel can be changed, provided you have skilled gunsmith.
I did the same to my Tommy35.
Issue is to maintain the same angle of the breech block.
I wish if you get a new gun with rifled barrel.
