New Precihole NX 100 Scorpius Camo
This is my latest precihole nitro piston Camo. It's a beauty.

Congrats. Nice rifle.
The Finish on the precihole is very flimsy and the camo paint will easily rub off. I would suggest that you get yourself a clearcoat spray can and give it 2-3 coats to prevent the finish rubbing off easily.

Some learn by reading. A few by observation. The rest of 'em have to pee on the electric fence.

Re: New Precihole NX 100 Scorpius Camo
Awesome. I have the same rifle but with black fiber stock. Will buy camo when Precihole PCP version is out.
Also, how is the scope holding up? Does it slide backwards after every 50-100 shots? Make sure you use 1 inch tape at the end of each mount as scope stop, so that the scope holds it place for like 500 shots.
If the screws on the mount loosen up and scope slips off the rail because of the recoil, it might hurt your eye. Just my 2 cents.

This rifle came with a scope stop pin rail already & it doesn't have that much recoil. Thanks

Re: New Precihole NX 100 Scorpius Camo
Thanks for the detailed pics. I don't think I have that provision on my gun. Probably comes only with the newer versions.
How is the scope stop pin inserted into the mount in the first pic? Was there a provision already for it?
Thanks for the info.

Pin in the scope ring is simply an allen screw & it aligns with the hole on the scope rail. I've uploaded pics & you'll get the idea. Alternatively, you can drill a hole precisely on the scope rail at a lathe or fix a one piece mount. Note : Not all scope rings comes with a scope stop pin.

Thanks so much for the pics. I don't think my scope rings have the provision for the scope stop pin.
Where did you buy those rings? India or imported from the US?

This is how I modified my NX-100 to fix an accessory weaver rail.

Re: New Precihole NX 100 Scorpius Camo
I think it would have given greater stability to the gun if the bipod moved a little to the front. But the way the gun is manufactured, I don't think its possible.
Thanks for posting the pics.
BTW, is it a UTG bipod that you are using?

Re: New Precihole NX 100 Scorpius Camo
Yes of course it's UTG bipod. The best possible position for this bipod on this break barrel gun is this. It's just meant to keep it resting on ground on the farm rather shooting on a bench. The useful item on this adapter is flashlight & laser. Thanks
