Multi Pneumatic Pump air guns

Post by kiran2608 » Mon Dec 08, 2014 2:27 pm

Hi All,

Just became curious about this Multi Pneumatic Pump air guns.

Can anyone please throw some light on it?

I have seen specifications of a crossman pump pistol.

It says that it gives 600fps for 10 pumps.

Do we have any such kind in Indian market? I mean indian made.

No such airgun exists in India. The Bejamin Sheridian's are longer lasting airguns than the Crosman 1377 or the 2100 rifle.

IHP has Single pump Pneumatic Rifle. Not seen any other manufacturer in India that makes Single / multipump air rifles here.
Some learn by reading. A few by observation. The rest of 'em have to pee on the electric fence.

Andy I think that would be the target rifle, not a multi-pump I guess.

It looks similar to ( except for the loading bolt and cocking mechanism. This is a much later model ) my Crosman 1322 multi pump pneumatic Pistol which I used in mid 80s.Its air release valve mechanism is much different to Daisy's and lasts much much longer than Daisy's. My pistol outlasted my Daisy Powerline 881 and 880 by some 5 years. The reason for malfunction is not leaking air release valve or O rings but the hammer spring becoming weak and not striking the valve with enough force to release all the compressed air instantly. Since I could not get a replacement I retired that pistol. This pistol is pretty accurate for 10 mts shooting.
