Re: can anyone help me in assembling my M92FS GBB pistol

Thanks Kiran. Any idea on how we import it in disassembled condition? Does the site give a choice on that aspect?

Dear Mahesh,
Do let me know when you finalise your gun. If you are ok, we can look at purchasing together to save on shipping.
I may look at a spring pistol, just to reduce the risk of customs.

Best regards,
Balaji Subbaraman.

Hello Balaji! Yeah I have almost finalised the Tokyo Marui M92 spring pistol..... it's available only (as far as I know now), in Ehobbyasia ( in which it's currently out of stock), and in Redwolf. In ehobby the cost of the gun is $29 and shipping costs about $60, therefore total $89... and in Redwolf the cost is $32 & shipping costs is $35 so total $67...

Btw which model pistol are you interested? :)

The price details I just told so that if you're also a fan of M92 then you can compare and decide :)

Usually they prefer sending it in parts ( the sites which I have mentioned earlier). So you need not worry about specifying them to send it in parts:-)

They send it in two packets. Once you receive the first parcel, you need to send a confirmation and then they release the second one.

I also suggest you to opt the standard way instead of express mail service and even that costs you cheap.

Dont forget to order sufficient gas and BBs along with the pistol.

I was looking at the M92 springer itself. Wanted to know one thing. Does this pistol have any metal parts at all, (except the spring)? It appears, pistols with metal parts inside are more reliable. :)

Hi Balaji

That's true but at present I don't think any such springers are available... the one in fasttech was the best one which Sandy had told... but bad luck that it's discontinued. All other springers in other sites they've mentioned it as only "ABS"... and I thought even though ABS, Tokyo marui won't be bad... and the original markings and Beretta symbol is also there.....

And Friends, as far as we take care of the ABS made springers not to fall down and break, there won't be anything to worry right? I mean if anything gets stuck inside or so, we can make alright right? I hope so... please correct me if I'm wrong...

Thanks :)

You are right Mahesh. ABS are easy to handle and light weight.

More over this Tokyo marui is good one. I am sure the spring, hammer, trigger, and the lock levers are metal in this. And I think the receiver skeleton inside the pistol which holds the trigger and hammer also should be metal.

My Gas Blow back pistol is full metal one which weighs 900gms. Without magazine, its only 500gms.

According to me, the required and main parts in springer pistol is metal and the outer layers are ABS and that is the reason its only 400gms or around that.

Oh that's great! They've mentioned it as just ABS... and your pistol they've written "ABS & Metal" still it's full metal wow! So Tokyo marui never disappoints! :)

Am confused. One side of me tells me to order the TM springer from the net. One side of me is thinking of taking it easy till it is put up on fasttech again.. :?
Any chances of that happening anytime soon?

Guys,

I have mailed the sales manager of redwolf airsoft and requested him to send the springers as its made of only ABS and it has less risk.

He is yet to respond and if he says yes then we can order together guys.

Wat say!

Oh he is yet to respond! Wow... I'll pray for a positive reply :)

And Balaji I don't think it'll be back in Stock in fasttech, coz for some items they've written "sold out" and for guns " discontinued". And Other thing is that they've discontinued all of their guns together! Which means they might have been compelled to stop selling guns may be due to some legal issues... even I wish it was restocked!

And Other thing is that, it's better we buy it soon without waiting for the fasttech one to restock, coz anytime the government might change the laws! Yeah I'm worried a bit too much !

Im game for this. Which springer model are we looking at? And this does not have even internal mechanisms in metal?

Tokyo marui M92

And the pistol is mainly constructed with ABS, though we hope that the main internals are metal, as it's Tokyo marui.

We don't have another option in the case of springers. :)

Guys, I recieved a mail from manager of redwolfairsoft.

He will try to make arrangements to send the pistol in parts ( still not very sure).

If you guys can tell me how many of you are really interested, then we can give him the exact number and he can try to help us.f

The cost of the pistol in redwolfairsoft is $32 and the shipping charges would be around $25 or less than that per head if we import more than two pistols at a time.

So guys please let me know.

Oh it's really sad that they've to send it in parts even for a springer... and by " (still not very sure)" you mean that not sure that he'll be able to send, or, not sure that we'll receive it ?! ;)

Shipping charge is $22 if two pistols are ordered... and $20 if three pistols are ordered... right...
