request..list of members excempted from depositing arms
Friends,
As you all are aware,i am fighting against deposition of arms during election,i need some evidence from other part of the country.this is a humble request.i would like to know who all have not deposited the arms for election.please PM me if you can't list yourself in public.i will not produce your name anywhere,without your concern.

Dr. I have not been asked to deposit my rifle. I don't know of anyone in delhi who has been.

i know its late,but i feel if this isn't done now,it will never be.

Doc,
SS and other members in Delhi may confirm this but as far as my knowledge goes no licencee in Delhi had to deposit firearms during the last Assembly elections (the Election through which Aam Aadmi Party came to power in Delhi). Although Assembly polls are included in the EC's notification this appears to be an exception. If the police did not ask licence holders to deposit arms then it may go on to prove that the local police have the right to allow general exemption and focus only on those who they feel may create trouble - i.e. as the EC says people facing trial, have served sentence etc.

Had spoken to the Chief election commison in chennai and gave a briefing.he has asked to give in writing,which i'll be sending it today.
