Re: The .750 Nitro Express!
And I thought that the 700 NE is the biggest rifle and cartridge available. This is a monster, bordering with an artillery piece! If ever Jurassic park becomes a reality, I want this with me!
War does not define who is right -- only who is left

Re: The .750 Nitro Express!
IMO this would be just as useful as T**S on a Hen ,imagine lugging this monster in the midday heat of Africa for a cpl of hours {even if your Gun Bearer is lugging it he would never be your friend or guide again} & if you miss a pissed off Lion/Rhino/Elephant/Cape Buff, etc, etc on your 1st shot, trying to get a 2nd shot on the same. There is nothing walking this Planet for which the 416 Twins {Rigby/Remington} wont do, this is just for the bragging rights of some guy who has struck OIL/GOLD,or DAD has recently copped it & left him a huge inheritance to show to his hunting peers that MIBTYsBowMan wrote:Damn sure about the hunter but not so sure about the hunted end. This will probably instantly blow it to smithereens...Awesome rifle, both the hunted and the hunter will feel it.
PS;Bowman Google Samuel White Baker of Ceylon { Sri Lanka now} in 1943 & his most celebrated/prized BABY.
