Aero Precision is making specially marked stripped lower receivers for the AR-15.
Instead of the standard bullet icons, they represent the safety marking with the equivalent of the sounds the rifle would make when the safety selector is set in that position.

Cultural differences:
American's say
pew! to represent a rifle bullet going by. In India we used to say
Dishoom.
This probably comes from the films we watch and the way gunfire is portrayed in Hollwood vs. Bollywood?
....or does it come from watching Marvin the Martian on the Warner Brothers channel?

Great post XL... can't stop
But I have a point to raise....
Dhisoom or
Dishoom in Hindi films is the sound of the hero's fist landing on the villain's face
The sound of the gunshot or "goli ki awaz" is different. Its something like "
Dhichkeon" with an echo effect

"Dhichkeyooon" is an unfailing audio in every gun shot in Bollywood films....
> This particular sound effect is heard irrespective of whether the bullet ricochets or not
> Hats off to the "heights of imagination" of the film's director, who with due respect even may not know "which end of the gun fires"
