dear Pratik,
A nice work is being done by you but I am afraid if you impact with the surface that is slightly irregular,
may impact the hand badly.

Hi Pratik,
A quick question on your tool(the die grinder you had mentioned earlier). Can you please let me know its wattage/power? Also, how would you compare it with a rotary impact drill specifically for boring and cutting holes. I am assuming that you somehow use normal drill bits with the tool. Please share if you use a different approach for cutting vents and finger recesses... Thanx in advance :)

Dear Protik,
What I meant is the same what I am repeating, that unless the surface is known to you, it will impact your wrist
unprepared , may cause you sprain.

Hi astronomy.domaine,
Wattage is 135 W & the tool is same as Dremel 300.U can use all Dremel accessories with it
Till now I have not used drill bit for cutting hole. I am using Dremel cut-off wheel No. 409 to cut the steel & Dremel 408 Sanding Bands to give the round shape.

Pratik, you can look at padded handle. Again Chor Bazar might be able to help with some old padded stuff - hard foam, not the soft ones. Else, you can cut leather to shape, stick it on with Speb7, and contour with Dremel sander or manual sandpaper. Will be something like Kabar stacked leather handle.
Cheers!
