A question for Guruji and you. What is exactly this exercise of CURLs?

1. The Pull Type
2. The Push Type
> The Pull Type is to strengthen one's upper arms especially the 'Biceps' , one does this by holding a pair of dumb-bells with palms facing upwards & pulling the dumb-bells towards the shoulder - here the biceps which remain stretched, contract as in when the arms are flexed.
> The Push Type is performed by holding the dumb-bells at shoulder height and pushing them upwards to straighten the arm .. herein the "Triceps" get exercised.

While performing the Pull Type Curls one should turn the wrist downwards while bringing the dumb-bells down to knee level. In doing so the 'Forearm' receives the benefit of 'Torque' which exercises & strengthens the fore-arm...which is essential for an AP shooter... helps in getting a steady hold while aiming without the fore-arm muscles getting tired...
