 Well. That's one more myth busted. Thanks for trying anyway.

Dear SD,
How did you go about using them ? Did you cut those tiny squares out and stuck them on the flat heads ? Or did you stick the entire roll tape on the wall and go about trying to hit the dots with those flat heads ? Think in case of the former approach, you better try hitting them on a flat steel plate than paper-filled pellet stopper - may be that might work. Good luck.

I tried paper filled pellet stopper. At my home range (6 yards) the problem with steel sheets is that the pellet comes back and falls at my feet. If the recoil is even slightly off centre, it can hot something/one precious. Don't want that risk.

AGN, hitting a 2.5 mm banger cap with an AR, even with a scope. Whaddya take me for, Wild Bill Hickock??? I tried to hit the box of pellets. Stuck onto the paper filled pellet trap. Sticking the cap to the pellet might be a better idea, lemme try it out.
Cheers!

EssDee

Aaargh! Moulindu, Moulindu, Moulindu!
I was just starting to enjoy this thread when I saw that you had someone stand there with the camera while you shot past them!
Can I make a suggestion for the next time? Tripod.

Thanks chetan4shooting & cmpugay. Pratikji made one HFT target setup which is innovative, I will be giving it a try as well.
