Thank you Moin dear. I love the Webley Senior too. Photography is still my hobby although these were taken with a compact camera and not an SLR. I am bad with compacts. Cant focus unless there is a view finder.

Wonderful, you are lucky to have been given a gun as a gift.

Skyman, I am lucky indeed. But the only gun I got as a gift is the Tommy 70 pistol made in Kolkaka. As I mentioned it was a gift from my father for scoring 99 out of 100 in maths. I was in class 4 then. But the rest of the guns were purchased by me over a period of 17/ 20 years. It was a painstaking exercise locating them and negotiating with the sellers. And I only had my salary to fall back on. That's what makes this collection precious.

The wood on is phenomenal on all of them. the IHP sidelever looks much better than the break barrel produced now.all of them are very interesting. awesome collection.cheers!

Thank you wings of fire. The two pistols have plastic grip plates. The wood on the BSA and W&S rifles are wonderful. Must be British but I am no wood expert.
You are right about the IHP rifle. The ones they make now cannot be compared to these models. The barrel made by Hammerli is superb and is the reason behind the rifles accuracy. I once mounted a BSA air rifle scope and found good results. But took it off after the experiment.

Thank you XL. Yes the BSA is very intriguing and you will find them in a British collector's video on Youtube. My aim is to get the other two from the series he has. The Model 1 and Model 3. But as you know thats a tough proposition in India.
All these weapons are in excellent working condition and contain every original part. I don't shoot them too often. May be twice a year when I given them a thorough cleaning. They rest in wooden chest in one of my rooms for the rest of the year.

Nice collection of antiques. Especially the IHP looks much superior to the stuff they produce these days. Are these in working condition?

Thanks AK49.... they are all in perfect working condition and that's the beauty. They all have stood the test of time because except for the Tommy I am not the first owner of any of them. But I took great care of them since the day they became part of my family.
