Walther knives in delhi

Post by varunik » Tue Apr 10, 2012 12:47 am

Where can I find Walther knives in Delhi?
So many times, it happens too fast
You trade your passion for glory
Don't lose your grip on the dreams of the past
You must fight just to keep them alive

It's the eye of the tiger
It's the thrill of the fight
Risin' up to the challenge
Of our rival
And the last known survivor
Stalks his prey in the night
And he's watching us all with the
Eye of the tiger

Hi Rraju2805, Walther and S&W are primarily top quality fire arms manufacturers, the knives are probably for branding and advertising purposes. I have two S&W knife that I repent spending money on. There are good blades available for that kind of money. Please do check out the Byrd Series from Sypderco. These are the economical range of folders from Spyderco, and are pure bang for the buck blades. Kershaw folders are very good too for the price. There's a sale going on knifecentre, check these out before blowing your hard earned cash on Walther or S&W folders.

:agree:

Plus a lot more "outdoorsy" stuff like lights, camping stuff, gun-related things like holsters, belts, bandoliers......... basically trying to cash in on the brand name. Would you really want to own a Ferrari fountain pen over a Mont Blanc or a Shaeffer? The Ferrari is equally expensive!

Better to buy from people who have a core competency in the field. Guns from Walther (or S&W, Browning, Glock...... even IOF!), knives from Kershaw, Spyderco, even Nieto & Muela. Cars from Ferrari.........
Cheers!

SDda, I have a thing too for fountain pens, have quite a few. Had picked up a few handmade ones, made from Ebonite from Hyderabad. I'm sure you have some good ones too. We'll start a thread on FP's soon. Hope you will contribute.

p.s: No Montblanc's with me yet :(....

Sorry for going OT in the post.

actually moin bhai speaks like the zen master , what he says is right,, buy a knife from the brand that is known for knives & not for some other product , just as mcdowells also makes & sells playing cards but god knows who must be buying playing cards of mcdowells brand as we all know the company very well for some other product altogether,,
