I heard that IOF Manafactured a 380 Acp Calliber Pistol for Civilian Later

The .380 acp pistol and the all steel .22 lr revolver till now are just rumours. Will they ever be available to public, if yes then when is something no one can tell for sure. Recently one A/A dealer told me that all steel .22 lr IOF revolver will be available in 6 months time. I will believe it when I see it.
