One more question why all dealers are promoting Orion .22 Cal why not Pegasus .177 cal
Personally I feel 800 FPS with .177 is the perfect combination

The price is the same as orion@9500 and i am opting for a manual safety as the feedback from customers says they prefer a manual safety over a automatic one. Once launched it will be listed at my site within a week for sale.

why sudden Rs.1000/- increase in prices, I think your prices are reasonable. I got My IHP from you and its landing cost almost same as dealers are giving in Mumbai(landing cost induced transport and tax+octroi and it reached at my doorstep), you are one to list precihole AR first at price Rs8800/-(even before dealers list published on precihole site) some dealers were charging round Rs8000/- for IHP as well, they wont agree on Rs8800/- for these new guns. could this be the reason.

There is no sudden increase in price the price was decided to be 9500 but the company wanted the first few peices to be sold at a discounted price so that customers could try it for themselves and post their feedback it was more of a product promotion step. The 9500 is the final price and all things remaining constant(excise,tax etc) there will not be a increase in price in the near future.
You are right about mumbai we avoid customers from mumbai as the octroi increases the price of products,but then again dealers in mumbai too charge octroi for their products sold over the counter. The target of aimco is to sell airrifles in regions where there are no dealers as that brings more and more people to the activity of airrifle shooting.
Regarding ihp being sold at 8000 i have no control over that and it is beyond my jurisdiction to comment on the same on the lighter side you could refer some of these buyers of ihp at 8000 to opt for the orion instead

Now a days, IHP is retailed for less than Rs.7,000/-. The rates were on a higher side only till January 2012, when the IHP restarted production and now its being retailed at very reasonable rates.

Pegasus when available in Dec, will also be retailed at discounted rates in Indore.

I think It would have been Better, if there should be sales offer saying discounted price for limited period or something like that , people who are already made up there minds would have bought it earlier. now IHP cost Rs.6800-7000. Even though briha said is correct about tuning cost but not all go for tuning AR. let me know if you can get discounted price for Pegasuses , My friend need one.

Why does a member (brihacharan) who has no role in decision making at Aimco and Precihole, is defending the price increase by Aimco enterprise. Something fishy here.

Strange you came to this kind of conclusion.

He is merely comparing two ARs and their prevailing prices + expenses needed to make them somewhat equal.

Already all the threads on Precihole are on fire, let us think twice before posting anything.

Thanks dear TenX for a thorough review on PH. I would love to possess one of them.

However, I am sorry to mention that, the review did not cover the "accuracy" part. You are aware that we all are fed up with the mediocre accuracy achieved by IHPs. Currently, our prime concern is "accuracy".

If an Indian AR becomes capable of dishing out outstanding accuracy even though its stock, cheek piece etc. are not that good, it is most welcome, even @ 10,000/-. Please tell us about the " inner rifling" of the barrel, as this plays a major part in deciding accuracy of the ARs.

Some of our senior members who have been in possession of PH air rifles for 3 to 4 months have claimed to achieve "hole-in-hole" accuracy at 10 meters with imported .177 pellets. What do you say?

We shall be eagerly waiting for your additional review on the accuracy performance of PreciHole Air Rifles.

Will there be two versions of each rifle with a manual and automatic safety? Or can you disable the automatic safety to make it a manual safety and back? Also, when will the .177 pellets be back in stock, and how do they perform in the PH Pegasus?

When I purchased IHP air rifle from Aimco 2 years back they send free 100 pellets along with the air rifle but the quality of pellets is so bad I never used it

We are only opting for the manual safety as the majority of the users donot like the automatic safety as they need to turn it off at every shot, you can always switch back to automatic safety, but i think for airrifles manual safety is the best choice. If customers want we will start opting for automatic satefy also.
