"None of the Above" voting option

What is the current status and public opinion for the "None of the Above" voting option that was being suggested a few years ago?

Mark,none of the political parties want it and so it is in limbo.Would be interesting if it came about though.

If it does happen, then I suspect some brilliant politician will legally change their name to 'None of the Above' to exploit this. Would be interesting to see if it does happen.
