yes you can. some will charge you 5000, some won't.

But I do not have Membership of Rifle Club,and which airline will not charge me.....Any Info..

Even if you're a rifle club member, you have to pay 5000. Some airlines waive off 5000 only if you're flying for competitions- you need club letter + competition entry details + DGCA permission.

Please do some research on the forum, you'll get your answers. Also, you better send your queries to airline companies that discussing here. They will give you the perfect answer.
