I shall withdraw my earlier post with full apology if tiwariarrun is able to substantiate (prove) that I am PH's company representative or hold as of date (Oct 1, 2012) any of its products or have been granted any of its services or have any vested interest in its operations or profits in next 48 hours i.e. 2 days (ending Oct 3, 2012).

Yes - that's two days - not even two minutes.

Somewhat OT, but how exactly is Precihole pronounced? Is it pri-'sī-'hō-'lā or pri-'sī-'hōl

More to the point, I'd really like to know where all metal has been substituted with plastic/ polymer? For e.g. are the sights 100% metal? Is the barrel detent polymer or metal? etc.

A question about maintenance: since the SX-100 is mostly made of synthetic parts, which are the parts that need maintenance like oiling after use or for long/short term storage?
