Precihole Sports - What kind of query management is this?

I have been communicating with Precihole..and look at their replies.. I just asked them how do I go about checking the rifle or buying it- just in case if I like it.

In their 1st reply, they said they plan to sell the rifle only through their dealer network. I was like, Okay, any specific dealer who I could get in touch with?

2nd reply below..

They don;t have the dealer names? Or is it some kind of a suspense that they are trying to create? Or does the company think its products are out of the world or something?

Or do they want buyers to look for those 5 dealers through entire Crawford marker area? This is absolutely funny.

The rifles are are not even in the market now, and thats the customer service. Brilliant, man!

Towards a more serious note - why not communicate one more time and ask patiently - "Pray tell me lady who those 5 dealers are?" Never mind, should I happen to visit the CM area this fortnight, I shall ask around a couple from the lot of H&H, M Saleh, Tahir Arms, Bansons and Bombay Gun House. After all, they are only a stone's throw (literally) from each other. If I don't - whosoever on IFG makes it, can help us with the information, what say ?

P.S. : Though the 5 dealers are literally at a stone's throw from each other, don't ever be tempted to try the hypothesis - Mumbai's Police Commissioner sits bang opposite them all.

Thanks, airgun_novice .. I belong to the 9th generation of my family in Mumbai. I know all of those 5 dealers, and how far they are from each other at CM.

The point is, how do you respond to a simple email query. It's about the attitude, and how you deal with people. One call from Navi Mumbai commissioner office, and the manufacturers would want to give me a quick demo at my place, or may be at the commissioner's offices.

My family;s into manufacturing since ages, I don't even remember a single day when anyone of us or our staff gave any unclear picture about our products to our clients. And yes, we are INDIANS.

As a businessman, I know who do I have when it comes to responding to customer queries. They are the face of my company. I would feed them with entire product knowledge before they get the authority to deal with my customers - on a telephone or by any means of communication.

Dear arrun, Good to see that you are so very well connected - especially with the Navi Mumbai police. I don't have to call through police or politicians and could still get it home-delivered if I so choose. It's called goodwill.

That's why I dropped a couple of emails to Precihole, and "requested" the guys if I could get to see it anywhere. In fact I asked them if I could come and see it. Straight denial.

And after such email responses, I am sorry my friend, forget about checking it or getting it delivered anywhere, I don't even want to see the face of that rifle.

I sent them an enquiry from their website and they replied back via email with the name a dealer in Hyderabad with a CC to the dealer. They also mentioned in their email that their products were expected to be in the market in the second week of October.

I contacted the dealer but he is still waiting for his first shipment of Air Rifles to arrive.

Ok, IFG is not a forum where you resolve your differences with manufacturers.
Tiwari, you seem to have a some kind of problem with these guys. Every mention of it sets you off.

I don't know what you personal beef is with this manufacturer or the person behind the manufacturer but this bickering has got to stop.

Tiwariarrun, Please do not comment in any threads about Precihole and do not start any threads about them.
