It would be nice if the lucky few who have the gun posted detailed pictures.Thanks.
I would rather hit my target gently than miss hard.

I stand corrected. But there's the problem I don't have access to imported pellets. Somebody should start manufacturing good pellets here in India. It's like having an awesome tuned up car that runs on diesel with access only to vegetable oil.pratik_mahale wrote:It’s only because Indian made .177 pellets are much better then .22

As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

I am not a guru or anything....
For 10mtr air rifle make sure you get the SX100 Club variant in .177 (You should not even be looking at the .22 cal variants data) and make sure you practice with GSmith P10 or Mastershot Export Quality match pellets. Better yet use H&N Sport pellets......
If you don't like the grouping with these pellets....Your shooting needs to be better. Nothing wrong with the gun........
And better start saving more money for 10mtr air rifle gear and paraphernalia......10K for the SX100 Club would just be the first of many in a long list of expenses......

According to some poster the Orion .22 is getting 2-3cm groups with imported ammo and shooting all over target with Indian ammo. If this is actually the fault of the firearm I can't justify shelling out 10k bucks for a gun that shoots like the IHP one, maybe a little bit better. I am planning to get into 10 meter air rifle shooting and getting a good gun is important to succeed into this field as far as I know.

Dear Shooters,
It is too early to comment on sx 100 as it has yet to be tested by many more shooters to give their feedback. Today I made sx 100 available for me and I realized that no doubt it is the beginning of a new era in the history of the Indian air rifles. I don't want to compare the gun with my Waihrauch hw 80 or Tx 200 because they have a long history and experience behind but I am happy to see that someone has tried to apply advanced technology in the Indian air rifle. I don't want to blame IHP as they did their best with their limitations but now they have a good competitor and most probably it is going to affect their dominance in the Indian market. Now the Indian shooters have got a better option at a very reasonable rate with all the features of an imported air rifle. The gun shoots well and is dam accurate. It has a synthetic stock and very good rear sights and of course a trigger safety as well. The gun is very light in weight and well balanced. This gun is also going to affect the sell of imported air guns those are sold in India at a very expensive rate.

Were the stocks outsourced to Nilkamal?
I'd have posted the images using the IMG tag but got an error saying "Your images may only be up to 1400 pixels high." when I tried to do that. You'll have to click the images to see them, sorry for the inconvenience.
