It is time to celebrate, friends. Finally sheer hard work and relentless effort put by the developing team has borne fruit.
I would love to congratulate Dr. Shirsat and M/s. Precihole Sports team for giving birth to such a nice air rifles.
I certainly would like to own Orion model inspite of the fact that I have recently purchased an IHP M35 through Aimco.
Hats off to the entire developing team.
Regards,
Abbas

As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

Hi all,

This is to congratulate Doc and team at Precihole who made it happen. Though it was a long wait ( I saw the

prototype with him at Imtex in Bangalore at their stall, last year in Feb), I should say good things happen in

good time. I am also happy for the team that had the first preview and a hands on experience yesterday.

Briha, congrats , great show and thank you for supporting Doc from inception.

Just a pointer, the air rifles will be tested extensively , under Doc's guidance and will post all parameters for

info. Those of you who will be at GOG/Pune, can get brochures of the product. Do share your views on this

thread.

Regards..........Shankar

Last Thursday (6/9/2012) I wrote this....
22cal wrote:Today I met Mr. Joy Biswas and asked him about this new rifle.
He said aimco is going to sell this gun online and they will start taking online orders within two weeks. He also assured me that they will sell it on MRP, that is just Rs.8500/-. :D

It seems Aimco have already placed the order to that new company and waiting for their consignment. Mr. Biswas also told me that there will be no .177s in the first lot, only .22s. Is that so? Why a 'match grade' world class product will come only in .22 caliber?
Brihaji, Dr. Shirsat or anybody can clarify that?

I would like to get my machine from Mr. Joy Biswas, in case he does not get any .177, then it will be a real problem for me. :(
Till today nobody paid attention to this post, and answered my questions. :(

Mr. Biswas made it clear that they are not going to stock any .177s.
How shall I get a SX100 'Club' in Calcutta?

But If you ask him nicely, I think he can arrange for a .177 Club for you.....

The shot cycle is short and sweet since it is already at its sweet spot.....No vibrations, No twang, No buzzing......

The Club version reminded me of the HW30S and the Diana....only much better.......

One hole groups for both .177 & .22 when JSB pellets are used no doubt about the accuracy for both caliber

JSB EXACT .177 8.44 gr Avg 705 fps ---- 9.5 ft-lb

JSB .22 15.3 gr Avg 590 fps ----11.5 ft-lb

The power is more in .22 as per the result but the main reason for which I brought PEGASUS – 0.177 cal air rifle is

First some other imported pellets grouping result with 5 shots each

Kiehberg .177 8.2gr ---- less then 1 cm --- 710 fps --- 9.2 ft-lb
Diabolo Basic 7 gr ---- less then 1 cm only one flyer --- 730 --8.3 ft-lb

Now the grouping result when Indian made pellets which most of us going to use because imported pellets are expensive & difficult to get specially .22

Master shot .177 (Yellow Box) --- 1.25 to 1.5 cm ---700 fps
Diana Shot No. 1 --------------------- 2 to 2.25 cm --- 680 fps

We don’t have G Smith pellets for testing

.22 results

Diana shot round head ---- it was hitting allover the target paper ---640 fps
Master Shot round head export quality--- 3 to 3.5 cm ---------------- 645 fps

Now my point is if we wants best result with those superb guns we need to use good pellets which how many of use can afford
Indian made .177 pellets are much better then .22
It just my personal view
