4th License Rifle - .22 or .30-06 ?

My cousin owns a Ashani Pistol,.32" Short-barrelled Revolver and a .315" IOF Rifle.
Now since he is a member of a shooting club in Kolkata for 4 years can he apply for the 4th License ?
If so will he get the .22" Rifle or can he opt for the .30-06 ?

One of the 4 has to be, compulsorily a .22
