i just joined this forum i want to join rifle club in mumbai after that wil it be possible for me to import the air gun

You need to be a registered shooter with the association.

This means you should have played atleast one match

When you take a membership with a rifle club it means you are a member.
The moment you play a match you become a registered shooter.
You will be a registered shooter both with your club and NRAI because your club must be affiliated to NRAI.
You will also be issued a registered shooter card by NRAI.
