Of course.Great guns, them 1911 s.Do you have one?

I did notice the holes in the trigger.Missed the sights.Thanks for the picture.You are our resident " America wale uncle".

The 1911 in the photo is actually a 22. If you hide the rollmarks (as I did) on the slide, you can pass it off as a real 1911. Actually many 1911 part will interchange with the parts on that pistol. Baljit has one just like it. It is a lot of fun to shoot and a lot cheaper than shooting .45 ACP.

Aloha,

There is a book written by the Captain of the Japanse DD that sank the PT 109.

Called, "Japanese Destroyer Captain", not sure if it is still availible.

Until the mid 1950s several of the PTs were active in Honolulu,Hawaii.

They were used as open air tour boats that took tourists in/out of Pearl Harbor.

The V-12s had a wonderful sound of Power.
