A minimum of gun movement and Harmony between the eyes and hand and gun. This is the key message. Practice, and this becomes second nature for the Good Shot.

Didnt work for me unfortunately.
Station 5 is being a real pain for me

I am pretty sure, that he just showed me how to break clays in american skeet.
Although, i have now started to get a hang of station 5.
