Have to wing thru this one but if you are there try the yellow pages. I didn't till the last day, thinking that they were in Thai but I discovered it was in English and there are loads of gun shops in Bangkok.
Maybe a net search might do something?

Hi Archer,
Welcome to this forum.Bangkok there are many shop.It is a complete market for firearms & accersories,i dont remember the exact addreass, but the market is located in OLD SIAM,PAHUHURAJ.
I think u will stay somewhere near Partunam street. So u can hire a taxi from there,it will take 80-100 bhaats,i dont know why but most of them will refuse to go there, but keep on trying.
It is a very good market ,negotiate as much as u can. There u can find few shop whoose owners are Sikh.
Goahead and give feed back after comming back.
Cheers

My advice, stay within the laws of the country you are visiting. I doubt if the inside of a Thai prison will be a pleasant experience!

Re: arms shop in bangkok or in brazil
Dear Archer,
I was in Bangkok year before last. The guy who owns around 21 gun shops in row, run by his family and happens to be a good friend, refused to part even with a single 5.5mm air pellets as it is against the Thai law. Even a Thai citizen needs an arms license to buy a limited amount of pellets there. Surprisingly there is no restrictions on import of modern fire arms for the licensed gun dealers on the payment of 60% import duty. One can buy gun parts, the pistol mags, 1911 hammers/triggers, various grips etc.in these shops and they are available on the street side benches along the gun shop areas as well. BUT Arms, ammo and pellets are a strict no no in Bangkok.

I had the same experience as Marksman, shop after shop had the same answer, can't sell to foreigner.
And the shops are busting at the seams with fire-arms. If you want to just look and feel happy, then visit the shops but no chance of buying anything....
