The order has reached India and it is awaiting clearance in custom, I have all other documents except for Air rifle membership.
Is there any way to get it cleared from the custom?
The Fedex says it will be disposed after 30 days and it's over 20 days now, and it takes 1month for me to become a Air rifle member, so after one month can I release my air pistol from the customs? or they will auction it after few days

Unless you sent some kind of legal notice to customs to withhold the disposing of air pistol, they will dispose as per their rules.
