Chennai Rifle Club Registration,Importing rifles from abroad

Hi All,

Please help me in knowing the procedure & details on how to import Diana Panther 21 from abroad.

And also let me know that, do i need to register my self in a riffle club for importing air rifle/guns.if so I would like to register my self in chennai riffle club and want to know the fees and details for that.if anyone know the information on this,kinldy help me.
