It is closed till date.
Sometimes if you want to get rid of the gun, you have to pick the gun up.

No, it's not closed. only thing that accroding to court order, they are not manufacturing any air Rifle/pistol. According to the officials, thay have moved to the Supreme court and awaiting for judgement or stay against Delhi court order. may take some more time.

This is what i knew over phone when i called the IHP factory Ahnmedabad, to know the status.

Ihp saying the same thing since september that they will resume production with in a week or two.......But I think they might well hav Produced airguns in their stock and will resume selling and production as soon as Hnrble SC puts in a stay.....
