Beware of target tune

Post by Nathaniel » Sat Dec 24, 2011 10:15 pm

Hi,
I hope I am posting this at correct section.

I have ordered a IHP tune kit from target tune on 15-11-11. After the payment is done there is no response from target tune. Only once he has replied acknowledging the payment and he is telling his website having some problem so not able to see who paid the money.

I have sent mails in the facebook too no reply from him!!

Though it is a small amount! Still I felt everyone should be aware of this scam!

Thanks

@dr.jayakumar
He has a time to spend time in the Facebook but not to reply to the customer makes what kind of person he is!!.so far I have no complains about his products.

Thanks

have had a similar problem. not in regard to undelivered products, post payment, but service which i have mentioned on another thread.

this is not to complain about their products, i hve not tried any yet, though i have recieved positive feedback on them.

regarding answering e mails, proper clarification and answering the phone ...bad.
Throw me to the wolves....I will return leading the pack.

i think they was insufficient or no stock..of ihp kit with This thread has been edited for violation of Indian For Guns policy as stated in the Announcements forum. I orderd the same kit with some other specs.on 5/12. And i got my parcel today.i thought my delay was becouse of change in specifications ,but in between i have contact him trou phone ,he told me he is out of station as soon as he return he willlook into the matter. My last two transactions was very smooth and speedy. But the fuuny think is i am out of station now and parcel is at kerala now and i am not able to see and check for atleast one month...
